Daily cleaning of corn harvesters



1. Clean the dust, husks, stems, and other attachments inside and outside, and pay attention to cleaning the attachments at the reel, header agitator, harvester, cutter, drum, concave screen, vibrating plate, cleaning screen, engine seat, and track walking device.

 

2. Clean the mud and straw from various transmission belts and chains. Excessive mud can affect the balance of the wheels, and straw may ignite due to friction.

 

3. Clean the engine cooling water tank radiator, hydraulic oil radiator, air filter, and other areas of dirt such as grass shavings and straw.

 

4. Regularly clean the diesel filter and oil filter element (or oil filter) according to regulations; Regularly clean or clean the air filter.

 

5. Regularly release sediment such as water and mechanical impurities from the diesel tank and diesel filter.
